What if you don't find anything worth automating?

Then I say so. The pilot is scoped and costed before I build anything, and I will not take on work that does not justify itself. My model only works if the system actually gets used.

What if the results don't show up?

We agree what the pilot needs to prove before I build it. If it does not hold up in daily use, we fix it before you commit to an ongoing retainer.

How long until I see something working?
